Ingredients
- 1 package of 1kg Light Lasagna Noodles;
- 1 package of Shredded Chicken Breast 400g;
- 300g of creamy ricotta cheese;
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 finely chopped onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced;
- 2 finely chopped tomatoes;
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika;
- 1 cup of chicken broth;
- Salt;
- Black pepper;
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaves;
- 6 cups of tomato sauce;
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
How to prepare chicken Rondelli
Sautéing the Filling
- Heat a large pan over medium heat.
