- 1 package of Lasagna Pasta 1kg Light Pasta;
- 1 package of Shredded Chicken Breast 400g;
- 300g of creamy cottage cheese;
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 chopped onion;
- 2 cloves of minced garlic;
- 2 finely chopped tomatoes;
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
- 1 cup of chicken broth;
- Salt;
- Black pepper;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves;
- 6 cups tomato sauce;
- 2/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
