Pineapple ice cream in a cup

Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk, 1 cup (tea) of milk, 1 sifted egg yolk, 1 tablespoon (soup) of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon (tea) of vanilla essence, 1/2 cup (tea) of cream, 1 packet of chopped champagne biscuits (150g), Mint leaves to decorate;
Jelly:
3 cups (tea) of pineapple in small cubes, 1 cup (tea) of sugar, Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Preparation method:
- For the jelly, in a pan, mix the ingredients and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let it cool.
- For the cream, in a pan, mix the condensed milk, milk, egg yolk, starch and essence.
- Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.
- Mix in the cream and let it cool.
- In transparent cups, make a layer of cream, biscuit, cream and finish with jelly.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Decorate with mint leaves and serve.
