Ingredients

For the crust

  • 300g of semi-sweet chocolate for coating 

For filling

  • 1 tablespoon of Doriana Unsalted
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 carton of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted Doriana
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Preparation method

How to make lemon mousse bonbons 

  1. Chop the semi-sweet chocolate into small pieces;
  2. Transfer 2/3 of the chocolate to a glass or ceramic bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted, stirring between intervals;
  3. Add the melted chocolate to a silicone loaf pan, coating the sides, and refrigerate.;

For the filling 

  1. In a bowl, add the condensed milk, heavy cream, lemon juice, zest, and unsalted Doriana seasoning. Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients well.;
  2. Remove the chocolate mold from the refrigerator and add the filling. Return the mold to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.;

Completion

  1. Melt the remaining chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring well after each interval;
  2. Remove the mold from the refrigerator and cover with the remaining melted chocolate; 
  3. Refrigerate for another 2 hours;
  4. Remove the silicone mold from the refrigerator, carefully unmold, and serve in slices.
