Ingredients
For the chocolate dough:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of melted unsalted Doriana margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup 50% cocoa powder
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
For the prestige filling:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted Doriana margarine
- 100g of dry grated coconut
For the ganache:
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream from a carton
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted Doriana margarine
For decoration:
- 100g grated coconut

Preparation method
For the chocolate dough:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC;
- Using a wire whisk, beat the eggs, unsalted Doriana Margarine, sugar and 50% chocolate in a bowl until a smooth cream forms;
- Using a sieve, gradually add the wheat flour, alternating with the milk. Finish by adding flour;
- Add the yeast and mix gently;
- Transfer the dough to a medium-sized rectangular baking tray greased with unsalted Doriana Margarine and bake for 40 minutes;
- Remove the cake from the oven, wait for it to cool and unmold;
- Cut the cake in half and set aside.
How to make prestige filling:
- In a pan, add the condensed milk, cream, unsalted Doriana Margarine and grated coconut;
- Mix everything and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly;
- Remove the prestige filling from the heat and wait for it to cool;
For the ganache:
- In a glass or ceramic bowl, add the semisweet chocolate, cream and unsalted Doriana Margarine.
- Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted.
Assembly:
- On a board, place one of the cake parts as a base;
- Spread the prestige filling over the entire base of the cake;
- Cover with the other half of the cake batter;
- Spread the ganache over the entire cake using a spatula;
- Sprinkle with grated coconut and serve.
