1/2 cup (tea) of yellow pepper in small cubes

Salt and black pepper to taste
4 cups (tea) of cooked white rice

Preparation method:

In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion. Add the carrots, peppers and green beans. Season with salt and pepper and fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice and sauté for 5 minutes. Arrange in a 22 cm diameter ring-shaped pan and press down lightly with a spoon. Let rest for 5 minutes, turn out onto a serving platter, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
