Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk, 1 cup of milk, 1 sifted egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1 package of crushed ladyfinger biscuits (150g), Mint leaves for decoration;
Jelly:
3 cups (tea) of pineapple in small cubes, 1 cup (tea) of sugar, Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Preparation method:
- For the jam, in a saucepan, mix the ingredients and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let it cool.
- For the cream, in a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, milk, egg yolk, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
- Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.
- Mix in the cream and let it cool.
- In small transparent cups, make a layer of cream, then a layer of biscuit, another layer of cream, and finish with the jam.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
