Ingredients

For the cone

  • 300g of semisweet chocolate for topping 

For filling

  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted Doriana
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 box of cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted Doriana
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Preparation method

How to make lemon mousse bonbon 

  1. Chop the semisweet chocolate into small pieces;
  2. Transfer 2/3 of the chocolate to a glass or ceramic bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted, stirring constantly between intervals;
  3. Add the melted chocolate to a silicone cake mold, covering the sides and refrigerate;

For the filling 

  1. In a bowl, add the condensed milk, cream, lemon juice, zest and unsalted Doriana. Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients well;
  2. Remove the chocolate mold from the refrigerator and add the filling. Return the mold to the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 30 minutes;

Finalization

  1. Melt the remaining chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring well between each interval;
  2. Remove the pan from the refrigerator and cover with the remaining melted chocolate; 
  3. Refrigerate for another 2 hours;
  4. Remove the silicone mold from the refrigerator, carefully unmold and serve in slices.
